Hermione loves her butterbeer

My, oh my. The call of sweet beer has reached its hand down to 15 year old Hermione.

More vintage photography

Always a fan of found object art, vintage snapshots give insight into the human condition like no other. Square America publishes found photographs from over the years that are often as well as poignant.

Stuff on my cat

This site is one of those viral sites that has made its way around, but it's always fun to go back and revisit an old favorite. Pardon me, but I'm off to go and put stuff on my litte friend.

Photographer Portfolio - Matthew Mahon

Long ago, in the dark ages, I was educated as a photographer. I no longer take pictures for a living, but always have had a soft spot in my heart for talented people that are able to make it into a career. Matthew Mahon has a unique style and a fun online portfolio to match. I highly recommend spending a few moments poking around his site, and be sure to click on the little head superimposed on some photos - doing so calls in little puppets of matthew and his assistent to give you more details about the photo.

When you need hot bunny action

No, not that kind of bunny. These are animated bunnies giving you the Cliff's Notes version of your favorite movie classics. There's just something incredibly special about seeing an alien baby pop out of an infected bunny.

Dig it.

Boo Boo Lives

Through the heroic efforts of her owner, Boo Boo the chicken has been given the breath of life by her Arkadelphia owner. I think that I'd just make a yummy soup.

What Would Chewy Blog?

I can appreciate a well-written missive as much as the next guy. Chewy gets straight to the point and tells it like it is.

Hinoi featuring Koriki

I'm sure that even in Japan a guy running around in a red Speedo with a gold cape is considered somewhat strange. I'm at a loss for words.

Tegan and Sara

Tegan Rain and Sara Kiersten Quin are Calgary natives that have been turning out tunes for the past three years or so. I've just been turned-on to their CD So Jealous, and was immediately drawn in to their catchy lyrics and rock instrumentation. They have been described as a "Twin teen folk act," but they are much more than that. Their pop sensibilities are tinged with an indie feeling, but not so much that it won't appeal to the OC crowd. A worthy listen.
